What an unbelievable win over england! i was in office and had cric info on the entire day. just could not concentrate on work when tendulkar and yuvraaj were building the innings and taking us closer to victory.
I think this is one of the best teams we could have seen from India, just by seeing the way we are playing. You hvae openers slamming the opposition's bowling attack, middle order crafting their innings beautifully and even tail-enders pitching in when needed. remember zahir-bhajji partnership of 100 odd runs against australia.
then you have bowlers bowling accurate line and length; not to mention the reverse swing they are generating; and backed by brilliant athletic fielding.
Boy! nothing gets better than this. this is amazing and very heartening. eagerly waiting to see our mettle now in Newzealand. Some soothsayers are predicting things will fall apart there but i am not so sure.

Bombay Blasts
Its really sad to see what happened in Bombay. I wonder why we dont give up all our inhibitions and say, lets teach pakistan (actually the terrorists) a lesson once and for all.
And if that can boil up to a nuclear war, then why cant we launch a israeli intelligence type covert operation to snuff those guys out without really letting out much smoke?
Thirdly, why cant we just hang all identified terrorists through speedy trials.
Its very irritating to see complex political angles coming in the picture when eliminating some of these most dangerous people on earth should be common sense to anyone.
At times i think, maybe we as a democracy are not mature enough to handle such situations.
